Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable cannabis products, providing information on strains, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs
- Provide information on different strains, effects, and usage methods
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Follow compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Educate customers on responsible consumption and dosage
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed

Skills:

- Experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proficiency in cash handling and using POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic math for transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cannabis strains and products is a plus
- Excellent time management skills

Pay: $14.53 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 20 per week
